Since March 9, 2025, Dr. Makis has reported on 10 more cases who became cancer-free with the repurposed drug treatment regimen. 26 cancer-free cases to date.

Part 1 of this series described the first 16 cases who got rid of cancer and became “cancer free” after several months of treatment with the protocol proposed by Dr. William Makis. Since March 9, Dr. Makis posted on his X account about 10 more cancer cases that reached the “no evidence of disease” state. This is just an update of the compilation and the text is shared exactly AS WAS posted.

This patient started Fenbendazole 222mg in January 2024, and eventually added Ivermectin 48mg.

She started with me in October and we shifted to Ivermectin 72mg and Mebendazole 400mg to 600mg.

RESULTS:

Her 1.4cm lung metastasis shrunk to 9mm, breast tumor shrunk and axillary lymph nodes resolved.

Her most recent PET/CT showed no evidence of metabolically active cancer.

What I love is that this 80 year old patient courageously added Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole to her treatment regiment and is now “Cancer Free”, off chemo and off immunotherapy!

This is a truly stunning story

79 year old Canadian patient was diagnosed with aggressive DLBCL Lymphoma in Jan.2024.

- bone metastases (spine, hip) resolved

- pituitary gland uptake (metastasis?) resolved

- CA 15-3 dropped from 291 (Aug.7, 2024) to 36 (Mar.7, 2025)

Ivermectin and Mebendazole have wonderful synergy with conventional systemic cancer therapy (this includes hormonal therapy like Letrozole, Goserelin, and targeted therapy like Denosumab, Ribocilib)

From the Oncologist: "I was pleased to tell XXX that the study shows a complete metabolic response at all previous disease sites in the left breast (primary), lymph node and bone. Because he sure as heck didn't do this. My Take...

Quick. Easy. Cancer Free. Look, it honestly doesn't have to be complicated. The good news here is that there wasn't much overall tumor burden to deal with. One 3cm lesion. Patient jumped on this quickly before it spread further and he also knew that the Oncologist, having failed once, probably wasn't going to fix this. Remember, he was cancer free, on top of the line treatment that modern Oncology can offer in the United States (immunotherapy) and he STILL developed a 3cm recurrent cancer! I don't know how he found me, but he did. It was Day 3 of my Cancer Clinic. I'm now in the 8th month.

This patient developed Stage 4 metastatic disease to the lungs after doing 5 rounds of chemo and 37 radiation treatments.
